Yakima Fruit Market Inspired Strawberry Shortcake!

Last week, Local Food Adventures shared a strawberry shortcake variation consisting of Yakima Fruit Market's popular Innkeeper's Apple Streudel bread, local strawberries and balsamic vinagrette.  Apple Streudel Bread is great as toast, but this is the first time I've seen it elevated to gourmet status.  Check it out
